The logo has been redesigned; the cover has been revamped; and the content has been reworked to cater to your lifestyle. Aside from our quick and extensive workouts (we promise to keep those in!), expect new sections that deal with products, health, nutrition, inspirational stories, and features concerning your well being outside of the gym and kitchen, like financial concerns, relationship questions, and post-pregnancy advice. We’re going to be profiling some of the biggest names in the biz, giving you an exclusive, in-depth look into their lives and training plans.
