Looking for a refreshing nutritious shake to curb that sugar craving after a hard workout?
Post workout Gone Bananas – Choco PB Shake (recipe makes two shakes)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
- 1 scoop of Cor-Performance Molten Chocolate Whey Protein
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs natural peanut butter
- 2 dashes of cinnamon
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and put the lid on. Blend in blender until smooth and enjoy! If the shake is too thick, add a little more chocolate almond milk.
