Why sugar-free drink don’t make the cut!

We’re glad to see you’re trying to cut your sugar intake, but sugar-free sports drinks, fruit juices, and diet sodas still have a negative impact on your teeth. According to a report by the University of Melbourne’s Oral Health Cooperative Research Centre, while you might be avoiding the sugar, you’re still exposing your teeth to the acidity in these foods and drinks, softening and eroding the enamel. Do your teeth and body some good and opt for water.
