Post-Workout Smoothie: Kiwi Kickstarter

A delicious shake to get you back on track.

Refuel after the gym with this cooling kiwi concoction.

Ingredients:
(Serves 1)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 kiwi, skinned and chopped
1⁄2 cup water
1 mint leaf

Directions: Add your ingredients to a blender and pulse for 30-40 seconds. Serve immediately.

Quick Tip: The kiwi fruit may be small, but it’s also powerful. Packed with potassium, vitamin C, fibre, and vitamin D this tropical treat is always a great pick.
