Wow everyone at your next dinner party with this fun (and sophisticated) take on the martini, courtesy of Zespri Kiwifruit.

(Makes 1 serving)
1 kiwifruit, peeled
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
Sliced kiwifruit for garnish
1. Cut a 1/4-inch slice from the centre of the kiwifruit to use as a garnish. Muddle remaining kiwifruit in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add vodka, sweet and sour mix, and ice. Cover and shake for 10 to 15 seconds or until very cold.
3. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with sliced kiwifruit.
Bonus Tip: Chop kiwifruit before muddling if fruit is not quite ripe and soft. A serrated peeler works best for peeling kiwifruit.
