Healthy Eating: Creamy Cilantro-Lime Avocado Dressing

Skip the high-fat dressing and drizzle this on your next salad instead, courtesy of Almond Breeze.

Ingredients:
(makes 1 1/3 cups)

2/3 cup Almond Breeze® Unsweetened Original
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 ripe avocado, diced
1 green onion, sliced
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp lime zest
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions:
1. 
In blender, combine Almond Breeze, olive oil, avocado, green onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, salt, pepper, and cumin.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate until serving.

Quick Tip: Pump up the protein by adding a grilled chicken breast to your salad.
