V-Day No-Bake Chocolate Brownie Cake

This is not a chocolate cake; it’s better!

INGREDIENTS

(Serves one)

Cake
3/4 cup cashews, Navitas Naturals, really raw
7 Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup cacao powder, Navitas Naturals
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp cacao nibs, Navitas Naturals (garnish)
Pinch of salt
Icing
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup cacao powder, Navitas Naturals
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

DIRECTIONS

1. Process the cashers in a food processor until fine.
2. Add remaining cake ingredients and process until smooth.
3. Place mixture onto a plate, form into a heart, and set aside.
4. Process icing ingredient in a food processor until smooth.
5.Ice and garnish cake.
6. Place in freezer for five minutes, garnish with a fanned strawberry and enjoy!
